I’m Not Happy! Can I Return Product?
We want you to be happy!
We want our products to work for you, but we do recognize that sometimes a product isn’t exactly right for your needs. Please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will do our best to address your complaints or concerns.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused, unopened products to us within 7 days of receipt.
Please reach out to us first at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can start the returns process.
For health reasons, we cannot take returns on used or opened items. We will issue a refund on receipt of unused goods in their original condition.
You Sent Me the Wrong Product!
Our bad! If one20percent is responsible for you receiving the wrong products we will credit any shipping charges.
If you have changed your mind about the product, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable).
Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s). Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Returns should be sent to the following address: 120 Ventures Inc. 1098 Mathers Ave West Vancouver BC V7T2G2 in the original outer packaging or any other secure packaging, and allow 7-10 days once the order is received by us for processing.
My Purchase is Damaged! What Can I Do?
At one20percent, we stand behind the quality of our product. We will replace items that are defective or damaged, within 3 months of purchase. Email us: email@example.com with a description of the problem and a picture. We will send a replacement, or store credit, to you straight away. No need to return the defect unless we request it.
Our policy has a 30-day guarantee. If it has been 30 days since your package was received, we may not be able to offer you an exchange.

I’ve Changed My Mind! How Do I Return My Product?
