returns and Exchanges

We recognize ordering products online can be difficult, or impulsive!

If you change your mind after ordering, you can cancel your purchase within 24 hours of it being placed – providing we have not already shipped your order. To cancel an order, please contact us by email: hello@one20percent.com  

We want you to be happy!

We want our products to work for you, but we do recognize that sometimes a product isn’t exactly right for your needs. Please reach out to us at hello@one20percent.com and we will do our best to address your complaints or concerns. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused, unopened products to us within 7 days of receipt. 

Please reach out to us first at hello@one20percent.com with your order number so we can start the returns process. 

For health reasons, we cannot take returns on used or opened items. We will issue a refund on receipt of unused goods in their original condition. 

If one20percent is responsible for you receiving the wrong products we will credit any shipping charges. 

If you have changed your mind about the product, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable). 

Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s). Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Returns should be sent to the address below in the original outer packaging or any other secure packaging, and allow 7-10 days once the order is received by us for processing.

At one20percent, we stand behind the quality of our product. We will replace items that are defective or damaged, within 3 months of purchase. Email us at hello@one20percent.com with a description of the problem and a picture. We will send a replacement, or store credit, to you straight away. No need to return the defect unless we request it. 

Our policy has a 30 day guarantee. If it has been 30 days since your package was received, we may not be able to offer you an exchange.

**To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you did not purchase your item through www.one20percent.com, please contact the location where you made your purchase first. All purchases made through our partners are subject to their return policies. ** 

Sale items and samples are final sale. Only regular priced, full size items may be exchanged.

Returns, when it is our fault are still free shipping.

All orders are processed within 48 hours and are shipped out of our location in Vancouver, BC.

For our Canadian orders, there is a flat rate of CAD$6 for orders under CAD$85 and free shipping for orders above CAD$85! All shipping is with tracking either UPS or Canada Post Expedited. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order is shipped.

For American orders, we have a flat rate of CAD$12 for all orders and then over CAD$85 is free. All orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited tracked packets.  You will receive an email with tracking details once the order is shipped.

For customers who are outside of these shipping zones, please contact us at hello@one20percent.com and we will do our best to help sort out shipping.

All our orders are shipped with a tracking number via Canada Post Expedited Service or UPS and may arrive anywhere between 2-10 business days after they are placed.  You will receive a tracking email once your order is processed!

Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. one20percent isn’t responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your order doesn’t arrive, please contact your local post office first to see if they are holding your item.

We are currently set up to ship within Canada and the Continental United States. For countries outside of these zones, please contact us. We will do our best to sort out shipping. We want you to achieve your one20percent effort!

No. Our natural chamois cream washes out with warm water and soap!

Both P120 and V120 are high-performance anti-chafe barrier creams.Our different formulations recognize that men and women have different anti-chafing needs.V120 is scientifically formulated and pH balanced for women. There is no “sting” or the slightly disconcerting “tingling” that comes from the menthol featured in some men’s creams. We bumped up levels of our carefully sourced German alpine chamomile and added luxurious bergamot extract for anti-inflammatory, calming and anti-bacterial benefits.  An extra dose of our cooling cucumber extract was added to help with pH balancing. P120 is scientifically formulated for men.  We added organic ginkgo biloba and our carefully sourced German alpine chamomile for their soothing, anti-inflammatory properties.  A boost of organic tea tree oil adds a powerful natural anti-fungicide and helps treat skin irritations.  Cucumber extract is added for its cooling attributes.

The only animals we test our products on are humans! 

The one20percent team is our first line of testing. We ride our bikes, run and hike thousands of kilometres (really!), to make sure our products are ready to share with our select group of willing testers who help us with unbiased feedback.  We are working with all our vendors, ensuring suppliers support cruelty free processes and development of our ingredients.

All of our products are formulated, developed and tested right here in the Sea to Sky Corridor in British Columbia Canada. Our production is made locally in a state of the art zero emissions facility.

We carefully considered the properties required for a high quality natural chamois cream suitable for training and racing. 

Working together with our team chemist we researched the best natural ingredients that would support an effective, long lasting chamois cream that was petroleum and petroleum derivative free. We then conducted a global search for the best of those ingredients!

The moisture barrier created by using petroleum based ingredients is not breathable and can trap bacteria and fungus on the skin allowing it to flourish.Using petroleum based anti-chafe creams is a bit like eating junk food when you are hungry. It gets the job done in the short term, but over time creates other issues, including the build up of bacteria which can cause irritation, inflammation and saddle sores. Petrolatum that is not refined or has been through a low grade refinement process is considered a carcinogenic – something you don’t want to be using on your body!
